Presenter: Michael Olenick - Blue Ocean StrategyAn exploration of Blue Ocean Strategy and how Tribal Nations can leverage the strategic framework to find substantive new business opportunities. Blue Ocean Strategy is a strategic framework, articulated in the book of the same name and authored by Professors Kim and Mauborgne of INSEAD Business School and published by Harvard Business School Press. We will explore the foundation of the framework, review how it was used by Nintendo to develop the Wii gaming console, then outline a specific innovation that may help the Tribal Nations find the next Buffalo beyond gaming.
