Who attends this conference? [+]
For nearly 20 years, the TribalNet conference has been THE connection between tribal IT leaders and technology available for this unique and specific market. Attendees are IT decision makers, staff and influencers, in tribal gaming/hospitality, tribal enterprise, tribal government, and tribal healthcare. In addition, gaming executives, department heads and tribal leadership attend for our ExecNology track. A full track of sessions dedicated to non-technical leaders- because understanding technology's impact is critical for every leader.
What's on the agenda? [+]
In addition to 3 fantastic keynote deliveries and hands-on workshops; sessions are broken into 6 different tracks of learning opportunities meant to fit a variety of attendee roles. We offer the following tracks: Gaming/Hospitality IT, Tribal Government IT, Security, IT Leadership, Health IT and ExecNology (created by Tribal Executives and Department Heads for Tribal Executives and Department Heads.) The TribalNet advisory boards and committees recommend content that is unique and relevant to those working in the industry. More specifics on the agenda will be available early August.
What kind of vendors will be at the tradeshow? [+]
The tradeshow floor is a great opportunity for engagement and one-on-one conversation. Our vendors are technology focused product, service and solution providers with specific expertise in tribal health, gaming/hospitality and government markets.
Are there available discounts? [+]
Yes there are several ways to save! Early reg saves you $200 when you sign up by 10/5. Register 2 or more attendees from the same organization and the 3rd is FREE. TribalNet members save $100. Don't forget to check our social media platforms for announcements on discounts throughout the year!

I've heard about the ExecNology Track. What is that? [+]
ExecNology is a unique track within the conference, created by Tribal Executives and Department Heads for Tribal Executives and Department Heads. the TribalNet Conference. The track is perfect for Gaming Executives, Department Heads, Tribal Leaders and more- because understanding technology’s impact is critical for every leader!
When should I plan to arrive and depart? [+]
Many of our attendees arrive on Sunday evening. Workshops begin at 9am Monday morning. The conference comes to a close on Thursday at 12:30pm.

Is there a shuttle to get me to and from the airport? [+]
Yes, the hotel will provide a shuttle. A reservation is required ahead of time and has a fee of $80 one way. Call the hotel at 1-602-273-3300 to make the reservation..
Is there a conference discount for my hotel stay onsite? [+]
Yes! The rate should be $179/nt until 10/10/17 and is based on availability. There is a "secret" weblink that we are happy to provide you if you'd like to book online and get the discount! Or, when you call to book your stay, let the hotel know that you are with TribalNet as an attendee to get the discounted rate. More info can be found on our hotel/travel page.
What is the conference dress code? [+]
Anything you want! Business casual, however is the most popular form of dress at TribalNet. Except at the meet & greet event- there many people let loose and dress with the theme of the event!

Can I attend sessions from any of the conference tracks? [+]
Regardless of what you sign up for when you register, you can attend sessions from ANY track for the conference with the exception of sessions you may see happening for TribalNet's ExecNology Symposium- that actually requires a separate badge in order to attend.
What meals are covered in the cost of registration? [+]
Monday will offer a full lunch service. The Monday night Meet and Greet event will offer a taco bar and specialty drinks. Tuesday and Wednesday will be continental breakfast, full lunch, evening drinks and appetizers. Thursday is full breakfast.
What if I have a food allergy? [+]
We will work with the hotel’s food service team to assure that any allergies are accommodated, but we need you to let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements.
Is the Meet and Greet event included in my registration fee? [+]
Yes, no additional cost to attend. Be sure to join us for this fabulous kickoff to our conference week and leave your wallets behind! Appetizers, drinks and fun is all taken care of!
Can I transfer my registration to another person? [+]
If you find yourself unable to attend the conference, yes, you may do a name change for your badge for the full conference and would need to contact us as soon as possible to make this change. You can NOT however split a pass where for example, you use it for Tuesday and pass it onto someone else for Wednesday. There is no day rate and badges are individual.

I've seen some things about the ExecNology Symposium. What is that?[+]
The ExecNology Symposium is a separate event that is happening in tandem with the TribalNet Conference. The Symposium is meant to be an event more geared towards non-technical executives that want to gain the knowledge that sets the most innovative and progressive executives and leaders apart from the crowd. This will bring in tribal council members, CEO's, GM's, department heads and more critical decision makers.
